Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA. Any dress must be shipped back on the same hangers with original plastic bags, failure to do so may result of denial of exchange/return. Copy of Invoice must be attached to any returns. All return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer. No exchange , No returns. No exceptions. Damaged or defective item returns only with Authorized Approval with store credit only. No refund.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us directly by phone. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed before shipping. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the “Order Status” section under “Status” after they have been approved.
